Do solo ads still work in 2022?
Solo ads are simply a “lazy option” of marketing & those 9 times out of 10, they’ll turn out to be totally unprofitable. And most of the time, it’s because you advertise for the wrong audience.
Simply put, solo ads are a common practice in online advertising that doesn’t make sense. At its core, a solo ad is an email ad sent to someone you don’t know who’s looking for a deal or promotes a specific service.
The advertiser is paying money for someone with an audience who may or may not even be interested in what they’re promoting. With Facebook Ads or Google Search Ads, this is not the case. Not only can you target your audience better but also you know whether they are actively looking for the service or have a strong buyer history.
Also, it should be noted that solo ads are a practice that’s frequently used by spammers and scammers who want to deliver their messages to as many people as possible. When you get a readymade list to exploit, who’s going to stop you?
The only people making money with solo ads are the sellers. People who buy solo ads end up wasting their time and money, and it’s mostly out of desperation.

Finding a genuine solo ad seller can be like searching for a needle in a haystack. Some sellers promise lots of leads (fake or real) for very little money.
If they seem like a good choice, make sure you do your research on the seller before purchasing.
Ask for testimonials and feedback from previous customers.
Ask him/her how he acquires his email leads and about the number of clicks or leads he/she can generate on average.
Once you have done your research, you should feel comfortable purchasing from the seller. If the solo ad seller seems trustworthy, you can go ahead and buy clicks from that seller.
